Angela McElroy, the former paid signature gatherer who contacted KnowThyNeighbor.org will also be testifying. Ms. McElroy will give an insider's view of "industry-standard" fraud tactics including the bait-and-switch scam used by the two out-of-state signature gathering companies she worked for.
